Parcel Boundaries and Records

Parcel maps show the boundaries of property. Each parcel has a large amount of information (attributes) related to it, such as owner name and address, sales data, and site address.

Parcel boundaries and related information are developed and maintained by the Property Appraisers in each Florida county. MapWise provides parcel boundaries and records for all 67 counties in Florida.

Parcel Boundaries
Description
Property boundaries are mapped by the county property appraiser. The appraisal information (attributes) associated with each parcel varies from county to county. MapWise standardizes this information to a common format.

Data Standardization

If you are using GIS to work with the data, data standardization saves you an enormous amount of time spent trying to figure out and process the various database formats provided by the different property appraisers.
